The Paediatric Irritable Bowel Disease (IBD) program provides care for patients suffering from inflammatory bowel diseases, such as Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis and other intestinal disorders. We combine a multidisciplinary approach with the latest diagnostic methods, research-based treatments and surgical approaches to develop effective, customised approaches for each patient.

Understanding that teenagers and young adults with IBD have a unique set of needs, our transition program helps prepare them to become independent in caring for themselves and makes the hand off to our adult gastroenterologists smooth.
